JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and organize site visits and measurements, and participate in site meetings with clients and suppliers to facilitate clear communication, collaboration, and project coordination. 
• Develop sketches and mood boards to visually convey concepts to clients and team members, and interpret customer requirements into initial plans and drawings.
• Oversee and compile site progress reports, defect inspection reports, and handover documents to ensure seamless project execution. 
• Prepare proposals, construction drawings, and detailed plans (including demolition, partitioning, mechanical and electrical layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and floor finishes) to offer precise guidance to the project team.
• Generate both 2D and 3D drawings to assist clients in visualizing the projected outcome of the project.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the site is executed properly  meet project deadlines
• Show a deep understanding and strong grasp of fundamental principles in layout planning, material finishes, and technical drawing plans. Maintain clear and proactive communication with suppliers and vendors to manage on-site projects and promptly address any queries or concerns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
• Required skills: Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/equivalent and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Have own transportation (Yes, mileage claim for site visits and etc.)
• Possess good teamwork and self-motivation
